Now is the perfect time of year for having fun with the family. The weather is warming up and the days are drawing out longer, so many families are looking for fun, yet inexpensive days out for the whole family. At moneysupermarket we have been working hard to find the best money saving deals on the family days out. Here are some of our favourite days out:
- Legoland – Why not take advantage of free child admission to Legoland with every full paying adult. The new Pirate Land section is a must see for the little ones and adults, and the new pirate ship jolly rocker swings up to 18 metres high! The new Pirate Falls Dynamite Drench even has an interactive water cannon machine, sure to keep the children entertained, although they might get wet!
- Alton Towers - For the adventurous little ones out there, look no further than the 2 for 1 offer on tickets for Alton Towers, an exclusive offer to moneysupermarket customers. Situated in Staffordshire, Alton Towers is the UK’s most popular theme parks. The newly opened TH13TEEN ride is a must try, but is by no means for the faint-hearted! Probably one for the older kids.
- Chessington World of Adventures – This is a great day out for children of all ages and is easy to get to from London, being just 12 miles away from the centre. ‘Wild Asia’, the new attraction takes you on an adventure through the ancient Asian ruins where you can have a go on a brand new ride. The 2 for 1 deal on tickets for Chesington is available now.
- Camelot – For families with younger children, the 2 for 1 admission to Camelot theme park could be a good choice. As well as fair ground rides there is also the Squire Bumpkin’s farm to visit. Younger kids will love the range of pigs, ducks, goats and ponies that they can feed.
- London Dungeon – If you have slightly older kids then a trip to the London Dungeons is sure to please. With plenty going on, all aimed at scaring visitors, the dungeons have plenty to keep you entertained by educating you about London’s gruesome past. With 20% off the admission fee (for up to 6 people) this will help keep the cost of exploring London’s past down.
